Please examine all purchased products upon delivery to make sure all items are in working condition. If you receive a defective unit, please initiate an exchange process within 30 days from original ship date.
Returns must include ONLY the defective products. Do NOT include any fully functional items or devices into your Warranty & Returns request. Please hold on to all of the original packaging and any working products as we will only warranty and replace the defective devices.
Please note that any return of open items that are fully functional will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Discounted or end of line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or replacements will be made. We provide 3 months quality guarantee, the first day is counted from delivery time. If it's over 3 months, no return no refund.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately.
Exchange and Returns (Money Back Guarantee)
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within 45 days for refund. But pls be noted that we will not pay for return shipping fee. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. The precise length depends on the payment provider used (e.g. PayPal, credit card company, etc). Items must be in their original packaging, all the original boxes must be intact and included, along with all packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, plus all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
You must first contact us and be in receipt of a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number before sending any item back. Any product returned without a RMA number will not be refunded.
The money back guarantee does not cover volume/wholesale and customized orders.
Shipping back to VAPORL is paid for by the customer. We are in general unable to refund you postal fees.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's own expense.
By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to VAPORL.
Upon receipt of returned items, our RMA Technicians will inspect and test your equipment. If found defective we will send out a replacement of the defective product at no cost, as long as the product is available. If the product is not available, VAPORL will issue store credit or a refund to the original form of payment used.
If your equipment is determined that it is fully functional, you will be notified via phone or email and VAPORL reserves the right to return the products back or issue a store credit.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your product to be inspected and tested after it is delivered to us. If any refunds are issued to your original method of payment, please allow 1-5 business days for the credit to post to your account.
