Get FREE shipping on orders $50 and over! You may choose preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Orders over $259 will get Express shipping for free only if your country is covered by the Express service. If you need packages shipped by other ways, You may send an email to support@vaporl.com or leave a message to our customer service. More choices of shipping methods are available.

Pls Note: when you put an order, pls give specific personal info. so that we can ship your order ASAP automatically.  Personal info. needed for shipping, specific shipping address(NO. , Street, Zone, City, province/state, country, ZIP code), Phone NO., Email, name(first name, family name).  We will Email you to get necessary info to ship your package if there is incomplete info..

When will my order be shipped?
There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders regardless of their shipping method. We will strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible. 

Where do you ship to and how long?
We provide Worldwide Shipping, so pls allow us 7-14 days for shipping time. If you don't receive it after 14 days, pls contact us at support@vaporl.com, we will track it for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Some carriers do not update tracking for up to 48 hours after pickup. So if you track it and it's "not found", pls track it later. 

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address registered to your account. This information can also be viewed when logged into your account in the "my account" page or by clicking here. You may also trace your order on 17track.net.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Tax and Customs Duties
We don't charge any sales tax or export duties
Statistically, less than 1% of VAPORL shipments have been examined by international custom agencies.
However, if the package is checked by your country's customs office when the item arrives in your country, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes. We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in your countries.
All customers are responsible to check with their local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs.
